1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and BotweaveAI (“we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, dashboard, chatbot widget, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at frontendedy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
• After the trial, you may subscribe on a monthly recurring basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the Service remains available through the end of the current paid period.
• We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or contains malware.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond the rights granted in your subscription.
• Send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk messages via the chatbot.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or usage quotas.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload (URLs, PDFs, FAQs, branding, etc.) and everything visitors send through your chatbot (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf — including sending relevant portions to LLM subprocessors to generate responses. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you provide.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the software, UI, dashboard, branding, and documentation, is owned by BotweaveAI and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. We do not transfer any IP to you.

7. AI output

The chatbot generates responses using large language models grounded in the content you provide. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, moderating what your chatbot returns to visitors.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (LLM APIs, hosting, analytics, payments, CRMs). Your use of those integrations is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of third parties.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific business outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotweaveAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BotweaveAI harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BotweaveAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
